Experience: Dan has a BSc (HONS) in Integrated Wildlife Conservation and have previously worked with animals in
aquariums, zoos and farm parks.
About: “I enjoy meeting new people everyday and telling them weird and wonderful facts about my animals. I love helping them overcome their fears around creatures such as snakes, tarantulas and insects as these can be some of the most interesting creatures around!
My favourite ZooLab animal is Schrodinger, my White’s tree frog. He is really nosey and loves to try and jump onto my head.”
Interesting Fact: Dan used to live in the middle of the Costa Rican rainforest in a research station with no power or internet. He studied resident raptor and parrot species interactions.
